Commercial spaces carry far more technical work than homes. Restaurants and cafés need commercial kitchens, gas, canopies, extraction and grease traps. Shops need cold rooms, display joinery and fire safety. Offices need partitions, air conditioning in each room, data and IT. These systems are designed and installed first, to the standards building control, the landlord and the council expect, before the interior goes in.
We coordinate everyone involved, from our own trades to specialist subcontractors and equipment suppliers, so you deal with one contractor and one project manager. At Al Dimashqi that meant six specialist subcontractors working to one programme.
Inside, Yasmeen Joinery makes the bars, counters, seating and display units in our Park Royal workshop, built to fit the unit exactly and to stand up to daily commercial use.

At Park Royal we turned an outdated commercial unit into five private offices, a reception, a kitchen and bathrooms, a £150,000 project completed in April 2021.

Structural work, specialist drainage and full reconfiguration of industrial units. At The Dash in Park Royal we added beams and columns for a mezzanine, drainage to a sump pump and oil interceptor, and a glass enclosed customer lounge.
