One Trade or Several, as a Package on Its Own
Not every project needs a full refurbishment. Sometimes you need new air conditioning, a rewire, new floors or a bathroom retiled, done properly and without having to find and manage the trade yourself.
Building Works gives you the same trades and standards we use on our full projects, as a package on its own. Each package is surveyed, quoted in full and managed by a project manager.
Where trades depend on each other, such as electrics and ceilings or plumbing and tiling, we plan them together. You get one programme and one price, and the work runs in the right order so one trade never undoes another.

A project manager plans and coordinates every trade, so the work runs in the right order and finished work is protected.
Are You Insured?
Yes. Public liability up to £5 million, employers liability up to £10 million and professional indemnity up to £250,000.
