Yasmeen Property Services is a London main contractor for design and build, home refurbishments and commercial fit outs. We work across Central London, from listed flats in Kensington to restaurants in Notting Hill and Knightsbridge, on projects from £30,000 to £600,000.
We started in 2020 and have grown through referrals and repeat clients. Mayyil came to us for their first restaurant in Knightsbridge and came back for Notting Hill. We take that as the most honest measure of our work.

How We Work
The person you meet at the first site visit is the person who runs your project, and the person you call if anything needs attention after handover. We do not pass clients between a sales team and a site team.
Before any work starts, you get a detailed quotation with the full cost and programme. During the build, a dedicated project manager coordinates every trade and keeps you updated. At handover, you get the completion certificate and a finishes schedule listing every material used.
Whether it is a six bedroom refurbishment in Kensington or a café in Dalston, the approach is the same: plan it properly, communicate clearly and deliver what we agreed.
Who We Work With Across London
Homeowners, landlords, investors and commercial clients across London. Some come with an architect or designer already appointed, and we build to their drawings. Others come with an idea, and we take it from design and approvals through to the keys.
Many of our clients live overseas, a lot of them in the Gulf, and some never see the property until it is finished. We run the whole project for them, with video calls and photo updates throughout. Ravin R. handed us the keys to his Mayfair flat and went abroad. When he came back, it was done.
Our Joinery Workshop in Park Royal
Our sister company Yasmeen Joinery designs, makes and installs the joinery on our projects from its workshop in Park Royal. Because the joinery team works alongside our site team, kitchens, wardrobes and counters are built to the finished dimensions of each room, not adapted from a standard range. It also means we control the quality, the lead times and the installation.

Health & Safety- Our procedures and sites are reviewed and audited by independent consultants Rhino Safety. Copies of our policies are available on request.
