2.1 The website gives general information about our services and examples of past projects. It is not advice about your property, and it is not an offer to carry out work.

2.2 Project descriptions, values and photographs show past work as it was when completed. Every project is different. The scope and price of your work are set only in a written Quotation after a site visit.

2.3 We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it is always complete, up to date or available. We may change or remove content at any time.

3. Enquiries, Uploads & Downloads

3.1 When you send an enquiry or ask for our company profile or guide, we use the information you give as set out in our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Only upload photos and plans of your own property, or ones you have permission to share. Do not upload anything unlawful, offensive or harmful. We accept photos and PDFs only, and we may delete any upload.

3.3 By uploading files, you allow us to use them to assess and price your project. We will not publish them without your permission.

3.4 Our company profile and guides are for your own use. You may share them as they are, but you may not change them or sell them.

4.1 The text, photographs, logos, videos and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy or reuse them for any other purpose without our written permission.

4.2 Client reviews are shown as the client wrote them, with a link to the original on Google where available.
