How We Plan Plumbing & Heating Work
Underfloor heating sets the programme for the whole floor. The pipework is laid and pressure tested, the screed goes down, and the screed has to dry properly before hardwood goes over it. Lay timber too early and it moves.
When a kitchen moves, the new drainage, water and power all go into the floor before the screed is poured, so nothing has to be dug up later.

Can Underfloor Heating Go Under Hardwood?
Yes, underfloor heating can go under hardwood, as at Phillimore Gardens. The screed must dry properly before the hardwood is laid, or the timber will move.
Can I Control My Heating From My Phone?
Yes. We install smart heating controls, as at Melbury Court.
Can You Move My Kitchen or Bathroom?
Yes. New drainage, water and power runs go in before the floor is finished, as when we moved the kitchen at Phillimore Gardens.
