To be able to fully understand your needs and to provide you with a more accurate quote, we offer a free site visit. Our architect will come and visit you at a time that suits you to discuss your project needs and vision and take any necessary measurements.

One of our quantity surveyors and estimator will develop a detailed quotation based on a scheduled work plan depending on the work criteria you require. Once the quotation have been developed you can comment and amend on the detailed items in order to remain below your budget. Once agreed on the quotation a scheduled timeline programme of the works and the delivery dates of the items stated in the quotation will be presented to you.

YPS’s experienced design team will draft initial design drawings, which includes both existing and proposed elevations and floor plans. We will work hand-in-hand with you to ensure your vision is best reflect in the designs. During this stage you can suggest as many alterations as required until you are satisfied with the outcome.

The architectural drawings (structural) and the construction plans (building regulations drawings) will be developed in order to start the building stage of your project. If need be, these will be submitted as part of the planning application process. 

Based on the design drawings, YPS will produce and submit all the required documentations for a planning permission. We will keep liaising with the council for the duration of the process and amend any details as necessary.

YPS can also offer you interior designs services which can range from soft furniture, decorative panels, bespoke finishing materials which include lighting and colours all depending on how involved you want us to get.

A meeting is set between the client and the allocated project manager to discuss the details of the project and go through any queries you may have before we commence the building stage. We will schedule regular meetings at agreed dates between you and the project manager to make sure you are updated regarding the progress of your project.

It is at this stage where we can finally begin to build your project. Our management team will regularly monitor the progress of the work to ensure the highest quality finish is maintained and achieved. Regular meetings between the client and the project manager will occur on-site to showcase the progress and discuss any amendments the client wants.  

Once we have completed the building stage of your project, our engineers and project manager will carry a thorough inspection to ensure all materials and finishes are done according to the client’s satisfaction.
